Seattle eateries launch creative new takes on to-go cocktails

Local caterer, Gourmondo Co., serves up to-go cocktail kits for customers to enjoy craft cocktails during the COVID lockdown: "Choose from their cocktail flights – each boasting three housemade cocktail concoctions – and enjoy a top-shelf bourbon flight showcasing Bulleit bourbon in a Manhattan or ginger lime sour; a vodka flight of Cosmopolitans and peach lemon drops infused with white peach and tangy lemon; a gin flight of Negronis and aviations; or even their incoming holiday flight of apple cider-infused bourbon tinctures."
